Gee whiz .you have taken a stand . AL8 capped at $70m plus has just pocked up all the ground around TAO , see page 6 of their release , the only ground not held by AL8 is TAO and the other is RIO( who own the giant Kennecott mine just to the north ) who have pegged ground as well . AL8 and RIO believe there is another Kennecott Copper mine there .As far as the ASX was concerned it was only held up because the vendor and Tao were in disagreement . the Vendor was offered 10 times more because of the above but legally TAO won . so this is all true my boy , you are incorrect .
