The way this deal has been structured and setup with a a $1.9m Ev and $4m in cash and 100% ownership of a highly-prospective zinc project in a fantastic mining jurisdiction significantly limits the downside risk IMO. We will be able to hit the ground running and any decent zinc results will see this fly. A lot of people see the value hence the level of demand for stock during the entire process and the significant upside in what the project can deliver.
