For the Vendor to try this hard shows what a bargain this was for TAO. When it lists that itself warrants few bags as the EV is the lowest ever I have seen for a sort after project area under $2 Mil. That's the reason the guy is desperate but on all counts, its good to go as the Vendor fell in line and expect a release and a potential last ever Supp in the next 5 days is the word on the street. I think straws said above this as a buy up to $0.35 I believe its darn low for my liking. It's as easy buy at much higher amounts after this drawn out saga to hold on to the tenements. The word also is that few times the amount TAO paid too the Vendor, is on offer and is on the table, but unfortunately for the vendor he is already caught out. So the word I am hearing is 10th of April listing for sure finally. Just sharing as always. Cheers.

yes i think you are right , settlement , good for everybody . yes 35 maybe a bit low , tight and a lot escrowed .
