Guys as investors /traders with absolutely no Control over how these companies get set up share structure wise why do we clog our thinking with it. At the end of the day we have a perfectly setup speccy with low shares on issue, heaps escrowed and an EV under 2m with 4m+ cash. Can't get any better than that. We should just be focusing on making money and not worrying about brokers and what they are doing and how many shares the have allocated themselves
