Personally - I don’t think this should be allowed to list.
Just under a third of the funds land in director & related parted entities pockets within the first two years as per the prospectus, not only that but “GTT” another related entity will be granted 3500000 shares at an issue price of 0.0001 cents -$350, yet subscribers must pay 20 cents a share???
Personally - I believe that to be utterly absurd and I can understand why the asx is looking at this with a microscope.
