shares on issue prior, was about 6.7M....22m or so offered.........so, 30M on issue, 4.5M cash raised, giving an EV of 1.5M at 20c..........basically, buying a shell with benefits !.... a couple of projects, but the hot one is the Quartz bore, copper/zinc project in a well known mineralised district........
