Also it's a mistake in my calculation. I incorporated opi cost as 0.01 per current share price (as 1:1). But because it was 1:4, I should use 0.01:4 = 0.0025
So I need to fix bottom line of my initial calculation:
0.275-0.0025=0.02725
0.02725-0.265=0.0075
So yes, it's about 2.8% increase
But it's not a significant increase and I believe we can expect this increase without any opi.
