Let me explain the concept of loyalty options to New Investors .

4 to 6 weeks (e.g. TNO KRX ) after the listing .. Company will announce what they call " Entitlement Issue Prospectus " In which there will be a "Record Date for determining Entitlements " . The Offer will be made to all shareholders whose names are on its register on the record date . In few days time after the record date .. All eligible shareholders will receive a letter which will explain how and when to pay for those loyalty options ( In the case of TNO and KRX .. it was 1c for 1 option ) . Following this offer .. Options will list on exchanges.

TNO options TNOO at one point traded at 70 c ( 70 bags !!! ) from 1 c issue price .. And KRX options KRXO currently trading at 8c ( 8 bags !! ) from 1c issue price .

p.s. In both cases there were 1 :4 lotalty options .
