Klue pointed out that it might not be the Snapchat Evan Spiegel but rather somebody with the same name https://www.linkedin.com/in/evan-spiegel-663aa487 .

They have a few hundred retailers in 25 countries but it would better if they focused on a couple of countries, built their brand, and slowly expanded to different countries. 310 retailers in one country is arguably better than 12.4 in multiple that are spread out geographically. I don't understand the Brazilian market so not speaking about that. SplitIt can coexist with Afterpay and Zippay as it could be good for big purchases but they said that the average order is $200. It would be better if they talked about own merits instead of making direct comparisons with Afterpay. Afterpay and Zippay may have signed up less retailers at their IPO but they were new products, homegrown, and know their markets.

There isn't anything online about Payitsimple and not much about SplitIt. I went to HC because there wasn't much It's good that the product is patent protected though.
