This has the worst board mix I have ever seen from a 'listed' company. No one who's ever been on a board before, two public relations professionals, no tech director for a tech-based product.
The IPO pricing is, in my opinion, around 5x what it should be and the financials provided hide more than they show.
I will enjoy watching this stock implode in the not too distant future. This IPO truly shows that the ASX will allow any company to list. They have no standards.
