IRC don’t control oil in their Julie creek licenses and I doubt their Richmond licenses even have recoverable oil because not once have they mentioned it.
You need to give it a rest on capital raises. Every company has capital raises. This is a speculative company. Maybe go tell TMT holders or AVL holders about capital raises. The posts by non holders here are beginning to be a joke.
