Fair enough buddy. I agree too Tight Register is not always accurate unless the broker arranged buying at open when he allocated. If secondary market buying is not well organised by the broker in advance, its hard to get traction in the after market for any IPO. SLZ is a classic example that way. Its not Tomsic at Xcel that did that it was another guy at Xcel and another broker I can't even remember his broking house's name. It was not that hard to get SLZ shares. SLZ is still struggling to get back to IPO price.Unless superb drill results etc are on offer very hard to IPO's to survive in this market. So after market support is absolute vital for success and of course decent projects and a decent management too. Tomsic did Aldoro with Xcel clients and only gave RB a tiny bit for the spread needed. Lets see how that performs next week. We all know how hard it is to get Aldoro apart from the spread minimums either via RB or public. The reason I stayed out of QEM is I was offered by too many brokers without even contacting them, that's not a good sign for my liking. The main Broker Vested is not a great well known name either. Do I like QEM's projects , absolutely. So I am going to look in the after market on open to look at and buy if I feel the price is good enough at that time. Another main reason I left QEM on top of the 2 reasons i mentioned above is the current market sentiment towards the low end of mining stocks.I just followed my gut feeling that's all.CR1 was a big success because of the Middlemas Magic and his followers buying in the secondary market. TNO, KOP, are successful because of the after market buying power by Tomsic and Sando at Hartley's and the projects plus management. QEM's Projects are great but the management are not in the same calibre of the mentioned above plus the broker is unknown quantity in the main stream and not sure of the after market support organised by Vested. Hence decided to buy in the secondary market after open. If I am lucky I may buy at a decently below IPO price. If I am not I may buy at 22c or so. Either way it gives me more certainty by waiting till it opens. There you go I laid out all on open!! Cheers
