One issue with this approach is PL8 plans to be a high dividend return with monthly distributions similar to HVST. If you look at the track record of HVST, the share price has come done from the original listing price. Obviously a different time frame but large regular dividends will take their toll on the capital growth. I do hope you strategy works, time will tell.
