I don't think anyone made any profits from the deal itself, particularly given it was staged over such a lengthy period of time. In fact, from the period it was announced, to when it was executed, we actually took a fair bit of a hit by at least 10% due to a drop in Unibail's share price and currency movements.

As for the calculations from the closing price, these are approx. workings:

(b) 360 CDI (& 9 fractional) +
(c) cash

(a) 50 x $1.3 = 65
(b) 369 x $14.63 = 5400
(c) 1000 x US$2.67 = $3500

Total = $8965 vs
