The doubling of output is from the 200t potential from existing infrastructure ie 400t. OGA are nowhere near 200t output at the moment & won't be for approx 12-18 mths. At 200t OGA are expected to be at BE.
So funded to 400t in approx 3-3.5 years, at which i expect it to be priced at approx 40c.
This is & always was a long term investment with a moderate amount of risk.
