    Are you saying every single gold mining company has the financial backing and desire to buy other companies? CYL and NML may have no plans to expand.
    Are you saying every acquisition causes a dilution of share value?
    Are you saying a CR is always a burden and reduces the profitability of a company?

    Why has KLA only issued 1 million shares on the ASX? Is it to allow regular large trades in the company? Or is it just to get a foot in the door.
