i don't understand . pre-ipo this company had negative equity . ie. liabilities exceeded assets. Post ipo the pre-ipo shareholders still seem to have a big shareholding yet the ipo bailed their company out from being balance sheet insolvent. something doesn't quite smell right . am happy to be corrected?
