what is this 'supplementary Prospectus?' Is there pending legal action? And IRX is 'refunding' all monies received and shareholders will need to reapply - really? What is going on? Does anyone know? Can anyone explain the term 'trading regularly' as this appears to be the point in contention..........does this model work?
