Yes, they are different. Gryphon will be more volatile than MXT. This is the second go they are having at a listing (the first didn't get to the 'go public' stage). The biggest problem they had last time was low business exposure to the retail market in not being a name that people are generally familiar with and an investment model that was too complex. This second iteration is a materially altered version.
Let's hope they do better this second time around.
