Surprisingly appears a tighter structure. 83.4 Mil shares and off those 53.4 mil or so or Escrowed for various Periods. 30 Mil shares will be quoted of those 25 mil from the IPO at 20c the rest 5 mil by the Founders or management. My Understanding from this is if it doesn't stag and opens slightly below issue price then the seller will be selling at a loss anything below 20c. I was told that yes they couldn't raise more than $5 mil due to the Supp lodged and requested by ASX as well as they want to keep it tight. lets see what happens tomorrow. Cheers
