So the company ended up raising $5m in the end rather than the max amount of $6.5m (min was $4.5m).
I thought it may have had something to do with the supplementary prospectus where there was a provision for shares to be issued to Learnicon, but this was already in the replacement prospectus.
Anyone aware around the context?
