Seems like there is a lot to like here. Firstly the Jamieson Project looks to have some serious gold potential - sounds like CWX want to get into those spots never quite reached and see what hasn't been uncovered. Interesting stuff but my attention is definitely drawn to the Oakover & Paterson copper-cobalt-manganese projects. Lots of nearology potential with the likes of Woodie Woodie, Nifty & Telfer as well. To top it off they have a JV with IGO to explore their tenements in the Fraser Range region chasing nickel sulphide deposits.

All of this headed by David Boyd, the geo behind Sheffield Resources' Thunderbird mineral sands project - who has branched off from Sheffield because they didn't feel as if these projects were being utilised enough. Offer is underwritten by Patersons for an offer of up to 35,000,000 Shares at issue price of $0.20 per Share to raise up to $7,000,000, together with one free attaching Loyalty Option for every three Shares subscribed for and issued.

Unfortunately I have discovered Carawine too late and the offer is closed so I'll have to be buying on market.
