Everyone will have their own point of view.. mine is between bulging property prices and China now in the spotlight, this would potentially impact both banks and the resources sector. Combine that with consumer sentiment and competition coming to Aus including Lidl and Amazon and retail will take a hit too. Take a look at the Top 50 ASX stock and work out how many would be impacted by a downturn of property, China and retail combined.
As such a I am about 40% cash now want to get closer to around 70 - 80%.
