I'd have to agree Christos
I thought I would have a look at this IPO because I noticed the listing date kept changing in my trading platform. I don't think this investment is for me I can't look past remuneration of executives which seems high for a company that only had revenue of 2.25m in FY17. Sign-on fee of 110k for the CEO payable on quotation on top of a $289k salary and other allowances & performance bonuses? I also notice significant employee benefit expense (77% of revenue in FY2017 according to prospectus calculations) and considerable admin and travel expenses compared to revenue. Plans to open three new offices in the next 12 months in UK, USA and CA is likely to create a lot of additional expenses as well, so it currently has 20 employees and it is going to have 4 offices within 12 months...
There needs to be a big increase in revenue to make it attractive from my point of view.
