As for your recommendations regarding the company, they are worthless. Sorry, but "it will not take long, to move SOI, through to 60, then 70 cents...i can see this stock trade over $1, in the next few months.." just doesn't cut it.
You don't know how rapidly the product degrades, nor do you know the schedule for the properties as this degradation occurs. You don't know if major supplies of feedstock can indeed be secured. As YC points out, SOI are entering a market bound by certain constraints, which could adversely affect the scalability of production.
Can you post links regarding both the cost of production, the quantity used in existing projects (a golf course I believe), and the sale price that was negotiated? With these figures, we could make SP estimates that would be of more use that the ones you are extracting from some untold orifice.
As it stands, there is not enough information to make any SP assumptions.
