Maybe if you placed some orders you might have better luck buying 2 million. Given there is only 96,500 wanted on the buy side I can't really see how you could be trying to get 2 million. Also only about 570K have changed hands since the IPO and given there are at least 2 or 3 other people caliming to be buying you can't have got too many.

Plus if you were seriously trying to accumulate 2 million why would you announce it in a public forum thereby letting potential sellers who read the forum know what your intentions are and therefore they will hold back for a rise in price?
