Firstly........the stock market does not operate on logic.
Secondly......my post was in response to 'thunderhead 1' (of nautical origin?) requesting a price target opinion. In this particular instance the default reference was the linear regression equation/line.......and at a cursory glance it was the line of best fit.....with definitive start and end points.
