Download the latest version which is currently 2.5.6

It has two modes - Full and Light. After installation, you have to choose the mode and choose the Light Mode. Then it will ask you to choose the Node Server. You can choose one of the servers from the list or better to use the one with good health status by checking at :

http://iota.dance/nodes

Usually I choose one of the servers with *.iotatoken.nl They are so far good for me. But you can change it later.

I am a fan of IOTA and believe that it would go up in value in hopefully in 2018. IMO, it is one of the safest coins to hold.
