Contrast this to Adairs AGM held yesterday when proxies (over 100million) voted 99.7% in favour of the Rem Report, must be some kind of record.

Kellaher has a lot of ground to make up and a herculean effort if he can pull it off. My concern is that the swirl around the RC will start to affect key staff members who are required to make the ANZ acquisition and integration a success.

When the AUD stops falling the overseas fund managers will pile back in and soak up billions previously belonging to superannuation fund members.
