Raider, IMO 2 bites yes, but the 1st bite is a licensing revenue and the 2nd bite comes from JV manufacturing
I can't imagine Ionic manufacturing in their own right
funding for the JV manufacturing stage with CLQ to be part of an IPO later this year
As for the supercaps, since this is to build on testing that has a few more weeks to run, then there is scope for many JV - exploiting the supercap in different applications.
medical
transport
storage
uninterrupted power supply
everyday battery use
etc
I suspect this is the driver for the 4c CR @ just under 15% of Ionic existing shares.
fast forward 2 years and we may have shares in quite a few different JV as well as Ionic sitting on top
