I think a company has to be generating revenue before can seek an ASX listing, if so it may be a few months before any revenue starts - the Laminar MOU has been mooted as the likely first revenue, provided it moves beyond an MOU [and I think it will since Laminar have spent dollars to reach the MOU point]
