In my opinion, and I am usually correct, straight after the RI closes there will be an announcement that not enough money was raised and the IPO is being deferred. They will state that they are working on alternative financing and remind us how wonderful their projects are. About 4 weeks later they will announce a loan. My SP target is on track.
