  Simon is the Principal of Lupine Consulting, a boutique consultancy specialising in strategic planning, stakeholder management and organisational resilience. Simon has had a varied career. Building on his postgraduate academic work in intelligence and security his career began in the Australian Foreign Affairs portfolio working on a range of issues around international affairs including illegal immigration, free trade negotiations and national security policy. After leaving public service, Simon spent 6 years in the UAE where he consulted to government and some of the largest government-owned organisations in the world. Simon moved to Melbourne in 2014 where he continues to work with clients in government and private sectors. Simon also serves on the Boards of Kiteboarding Australia, The Joanne Tubb Foundation and Ionic Industries. He enjoys cycling, running and all the wonderful food and wine Melbourne has to offer. He joined the Melbourne Forum in December 2014.
