As for the timing of the IPO, it will be dictated by the following:
Ionic expects to have 3 announceable
revenue related events by the middle of
2018:
Revenue from water treatment
product;
Commercial production and sale of
graphene oxide; and
Commercialisation agreement for
super-capacitors.
Ionic intends to finalise its prospectus
when it can be confident of 2 of these 3,
leaving the third for after the IPO to assist
in the after-market.
