This might seem like a silly question, but I have been away for a few months and have not caught up with the current SER and Iconic situation. I noticed there was a CR for Iconic, that I missed unfortunately. What I wanted to know is, if I am a long term holder of SER with 1mil shares, will I still be getting 1mil shares in Iconic ?
I gather they are worthless unless they go IPO ?
