Yes IONIC needs an IPO but it is highly likely that it can't meet ASX listing requirements. In particular it has zero income and until that changes it can't list. Agree the rights issue is rubbish, it will fail. So what's left? A miracle tech breakthrough or broke SER to the rescue.
