Money, I will endeavor to answer your questions, though I am not privy to the internal machinations of the company ( Ionic Industries).

1, given clq are privy now ,to some of Mainak Majumder's research and even more so in relation to the new ARC research currently underway,down the track, they will be one of the few external company's in a full position to invest in Ionic in terms of its membrane Technology.
Please note clq and SER share the same Company Secretary.

2, Information suggests they will IPO in August.

3,Not sure why Ionic would want to spend valuable cash , better used on research into its super capacitor Technology and marketing its Membrane Technology,than buying back SER's stake in the company, I see no advantage in doing so, and plenty of disadvantages.

4,While I offer no investment advice, it would seem logical to me, that at least in the short term SER, offers a low entry point into Ionic Industries, without its other activities ,which may or may not provide a safety net, should a potential investor used this route to invest in Ionic Industries.
