the general offer is supposed to be open to Sept 20, but I think amounts under $50k do not qualify for the taxation offset, whereas it does apply to existing Ionic shareholders who bought via the offer to shareholders. I am not a tax expert and please get your own advice
the general offer application form is included near the end of the offer - there should be a link on Ionic's website
