"Yarraloola, however, has a very favourable location being less than 100km from a new multi-user port at Cape Preston which is being moved towards development by Iron-Ore Holdings Ltd (Fig 1). During the year negotiations were completed which allow Iron-Ore Holdings to develop a haul-road corridor across Yarraloola and allow CZR to access the road and port infrastructure on commercial terms."

I doubt the new port would be short of customers.
