    Just did the math:

    Assets
    Cash: $1.8m (as at June 30)
    Pantheon Holdings: 7,000,000 * 25p/share = GBP 1,750,000 = AUD $2.9m
    Total Cash/Shareholdings: $4.7m

    Market Cap
    Share Price: 6.6c
    Total Shares: 82,800,000
    Market Cap: $5.46m

    I have excluded the 20c options.

    This leaves an enterprise value of only $760k.

    Not bad considering we have a JV with Xstrata who are committing up to $16m!
