Quick question
I understand the concept of needing to soak up supply, what I am unclear about why is the assumption made that all the supply is trapped. For example if there was 10m that traded when the prince broke down isn't it possible 3-4 m will hold LT given the fundematals and not all supply is trapped.
Agree that we may see some ST consolidation, before price makes next move , however the charts in this case can be impacted my news of insurance pay out or acquisition which will overpower that charts . Not suggesting this will happen but I am holding for the later two events. The facts FA has improved markedly and price is trending up is just a bonus for me
