Yes, there are different price range for 58% vs 62% IO on the market. The report mentioned that objective to be procees these ores to 59% and it explained how to be done. We have some ores with 59% fe and may be considered as diresct shipable ore (DSO). I think most of the miners do process some of their ores to make them shipable.

Using simple calculation, 1.2 BT ore with 52.3% fe may become 1.06 BT ore with 58% fe Or 1.01 BT ore with 62% fe after processing. I think higher the processing would incur higher production cost.
