He was only fined a token gesture $1,500 and given a spent conviction so its probably more a case of such people knowing they can break the rules and get away with it rather than being 'headstrong'. Guess both are similar though eh.
At the end of the day, its been displayed once again that there are major trust issues there with a person in a position of 'power' over the April scandal.
Difficult to see if even any of his former colleagues in government could place trust in that direction.
