The awards were devised by NORA, National Online Retail Association, Australia’smost influential retail industry network. The awards recognise the contributionof solution providers to Australian retail industry and honor their hard workand innovation in the space.

It was judged via a ‘people’s choice’ voting system, in which onlyretailers could vote for their preferred providers and the voting process wasoverseen by a renowned advisory board. Invigor was nominated for three award categories:
· “BestPricing & Promotion Analytics”
· “BestCustomer Analytics”
· “BestRetail Insights”

The company won “Best Pricing and Promotion Analytics” and was runner upfor “Best Customer Analytics” and “Best Retail Insights” against the largestAustralian bank and other analytics companies.

As part of the nomination processclient case studies were featured, in which Invigor highlighted how theCompany’s solutions positively impact clients such as the Australian LiquorStores Association (ALSA), Cigweld (ESAB Brand) and Afterpay, and helps themunderstand their customers, increase margin, reinforce brand positioning,effectively manage channels and increase long-term loyalty.
