INQ should have the lows in now. Otto Buttula built Investorweb into a magnificent site that was arguably the best in market. He's got the reigns on this one now and is building the business doing what he knows best. Otto mopped up big lines of stock when available at the lows (5c) and now buyer interest has suddenly appeared. Not trading profitably yet but I assure you it will. Buying with both hands (whenever anyone will sell them)! DYOR
