Well wasn't this Banducci head of the the Food and Liquor core business? The section that lost 31.7 % on its own without bringing masters into it? So now he gets a chance to bring that failure and spread it to all sections of the business?
"Changing the culture" + "listening mode with the customers" is soft double speak that allows them to give non answers and get away without saying anything. People just want quality for a good price, not to curl up with the management team and have a deep and meaningful over a glass of Shiraz while watching Dirty Dancing.
