RIF. You seem to be pretty defensive of the new CEO. Read the annual report and see how the division lead by the new CEO, so far performed. No need to ask other posters to read it for you.
The facts are all there, for everyone to see.
In my personal opinion as a shareholder:
- The new CEO has not shown the performance, that would justify such a promotion.
- An external CEO that subsequently would make change to the Management team by
appointing other external Managers with a Track record, is in my opinon a better way to
transform a business that need a change in culture.
