i will now tell you more - WOW management went for the soft option with Banduci because it suited their own agendas.
it was nothing to do with the wellbeing of the company and its shareholders.
what they should do is to sack the entire board at the next AGM, but not only that, these vermin should be held to account in a court of law .
you must also remember that WOW is a staple of SMSF funds, and as such, a class action is a definite possibility.
these 'management"people are either corrupt or totally incompetent or both- what a great choice of attributes .
