Wouldn't surprise me if they went bankrupt in a couple years or got taken over on the cheap

I work for Woolworths in logistics and year on year our volumes just keep dropping and dropping... We used to be so busy in 2011 that you could get overtime 7 days a week.. Now they ask us if we want to take annual leave when it's quiet without the 2 weeks notice... You'd be lucky if you could score 10 days overtime in a year now..

The problem with Woolworths is the toxic culture that management have created from top to bottom... They need a fresh face to come in and get rid of all the dead wood management and inspire the workforce to increase productivity... Not a more of the same approach.. But they will never admit they are wrong.. Too proud of their mistakes... Look how long it took them to admit masters was a stuff up...
