Hi kiwitrev,
Nathan now has nearly 20% of WHC and still has his nominee on the Board at CWK (Ian Craig).
Nathan and Macquarie voted together as a bloc at the AGM and I would imagine that nothing has changed in this respect.
I think that they probably have the numbers - it may depend on the recent Platinum holding.
Then it would be all clear for WHC to make their move.

It is all playing out as I predicted ..... so far anyway !
